Shipping policy
Any delivery costs will be as itemized on the website in your order purchase and will be calculated and added onto your order total to pay when and if applicable.
We aim to process your order and ship on the same or next business day. If your order is received prior to noon GMT it should, in most cases, ship the same day. If there is a product on backorder, you will be notified by the end of the business day and offered options to be refunded or wait to ship when the product becomes available.
We now ship all our domestic US orders via USPS or, if paid for two day shipping, via FED EX two day. International order shipping methods change based on destination country and customs. Please contact us for more specific details regarding shipping questions.
Please note :
- Shipping costs when applied are non-refundable - unless an item were faulty
- A specific delivery time slot for your order cannot be specified by us, other than the tracking number provided by the carrier.
- Saturday deliveries are sometimes available depending on your location - at an additional cost or through another carrier.
- Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays and Fed Ex does not do Saturday delivery.
- Your tracking number is updated and notification is sent at the end of the day it is set to ship.
- If you choose to change the stated delivery address we cannot be held responsible for any mishap of any kind.
- If you have received a tracking number for your order, please go through the specified carrier if there is a question about delivery time or a possible lost package.
